No. Clooney's hair will ruin it.

Did anyone see the Best Week Ever spoof on the gayness of Alexander? It was so great.

yeah it was pretty funny, that shows definetely a guilty pleasure

Quite disheartening. The last 3 major movies with historical storylines (Troy, King Arthur & Alexander) has all being flops.. why the heck do they make them in the first place if they can't do a good job.. go to hell with the money, we need some fine pieces of art.. but honestly, the soundtracks of King Arthur (Zimmer) & Alexander (Vangelis) are probably the best scores I've heard this year..

My sister loves Hans Zimmer.

Maybe I should get her that for Christmas.

The problem with making these big historical epics is that the filmmakers get too caught up in huge battle scenes and CGI stuff that they forget about character development and stories. Seriously, in Alexander, Rosario Dawson had two lines. I kid you not.

d movie just doesn't compare to Alexander's greatness! It was a little twisted and focuses more on the negative aspects of the characters...their conflicts and yadayadas....is it true that there is another Alexander coming up? this time with Leonardo and Nicole kidman?

Yeah, Baz Luhrrman was going to direct that one, so who knows how that will turn out?

I don't know if the negative press with this Alexander will inspire the second production or scare them off. Either way, it will be interesting to see how the second one is compared to the first.
