Hey everyone, since engineers have already begun to recieve their likely letters, Boelterhall advised me to create a thread where people can share their stats for acceptances ( an early "results" thread I guess) Please Post here!

You want to shorten your title if you want a segregate a place for stats ONLY.
Anyone who reads this, please follow the CC traditional template. :)

Essays: Eh I guess they were okay. I'm not that great of the writer.

Hook (if any): Summer outreach program? I guess everyone does it these days though so probably none.

Location/Person:

State or Country: California

School Type: Sends some grads to top schools

Ethnicity: Asian

Gender: Male

Other Factors:

Extracurriculars: Nothing special. Typical clubs. Vice-President of Model UN, very involved with church, accumulated ~ 230 hours of community service.

Special Circumstances: None?

Whoops, guess I posted in the wrong thread.

Decision: ACCEPTED!!
Stats:

SAT I: 2360 (770M, 800CR, 790W)

SAT IIs: 800 Math IIC, 800 Bio-M, 790 Chem

GPA (W&UW): 4.0 UW, 4.2-4.3ish W?

Rank: n/a (ELC... so I guess top 4%?)

Subjective:

Essays: Weren't beautifully written, but they were me. Got my point across, at least.

Hook (if any): I'm a girl in engineering? But that probably doesn't count for state schools.

Extracurriculars: colorguard, officer of 3 clubs, lots of community service, piano... ECs were pretty much irrelevant to engineering

Special Circumstances: nada

A couple of admits have given me hope, congrats to all, but I think we can assume even less competitive people than these will get into L&S majors? Hopefully
