Alternative to grad school for CPA?

<p>How do you complete CPA course requirements without going to a graduate degree program? Is there an alternative for me other than that?</p>

<p>Right now CPA requires 150 course hours to get certification and I only completed the managerial program, which only includes Intro to Financial Accounting (4 credits), Intro to Managerial Accounting, Financial Accounting I and II, and Cost Accounting (everything else is 3 credits). How can I complete the rest of the required courses in order to be eligible for CPA exam?</p>

<p>I asked my state’s CPA board about online programs like Keller/Devry/U Pheonix. They said they would work as credit hours. You may have to do graduate classes in those… but its still an alternative to graduate school. Talk to your state’s board and find out if the same applies. You would mainly have to worry about not taking similar classes.</p>
