ALUMNI INTERVIEW HELP ASAP

Salut Penn fellows,

Today I received an email from a Penn alumn asking me about my availability so that he could schedule an appointment. I am not quite sure how I should reply.
Do I need to make the reply catchy? So that I can make him a bit more interest in me?

Right now I am thinking of a generic start, something in the lines of:
Dear Mr. …

Thank you for the opportunity to meet… I am looking forward to…

aaand what else?

As an interviewer, all I want you to say is when you’re free. Give multiple options, not just “how about Thursday at 7PM.” Don’t overthink it!

There is no need to be catchy or clever. Just answer politely, promptly, and give some choices.

Your response must be in the form of a poem. If not, consider it an automatic rejection.

That is exactly what I did. Immediately got in, thanks for the advice @AverageTeen2000
