The question on the Common App is:
By definition, A2 or B1 is not proficient. In my mind, if you are comfortable having your admissions interview conducted in Hindi (FYI, Hindu is a person; Hindi is the language), Tamil, or Urdu, feel free to list them. Otherwise, move on to the next question.
