Am I able to get in a good college if I did bad sophomore year but good junior/senio

During sophomore year I had a terrible time, i was feeling extremely depressed and suicidal and didn't focus on school very much. I ended up dropping a class (which i made up) and getting a low GPA (2.83 Fall semester and 2.3 Spring semester). During Junior year however I made up my dropped class, got an A and took 7 Classes: 3 AP classes 1 Honors 3 Regular, my GPA boosted to a 4.0 Fall semester and a 4.3 Spring Semester. I plan to take my ACT very soon and i've gotten very well on my practice ones. I plan to continue doing well senior year. I've also done alot of volunteer work and extra curricular activities this year.

I currently attend Lowell Highschool ranked 43 in the US with a 89.6 college readiness index if that means anything.
Will I still be able to get into a UC such as UC Davis or something?

Having an upward trend may help when you have a lower overall GPA. Also, having great standardized scores would help too. Just keep working hard.
You should probably recalculate your GPA according to UC if they are your target schools. Remember your senior GPA may not show up in early application.
