What are reaches and matches? I know none of them are safeties

You've got a great record and you will probably get in to a number of schools on your list.

But I would hesitate to call any of them "matches" because all of them accept such a low percentage of applications--the fact that you are within the parameters of the acceptance profile doesn't mean much because just about everyone who applies is within the parameters of that profile--and two thirds of them are not accepted. And you need to tweak the acceptance profiles at the state schools on your list to reflect the fact that you are an out of state applicant and thus the bar is a bit higher than that for in state applicants

Penn, UChicago, Northwester, Chicago are reaches in that order
The rest you have a reasonable chance to get into.

You have no safety match;

High Reach: UPenn
Reach: Georgetown, Northwestern, U Chicago, Wash U in St. Louis, UMich-Ann Arbor(OOS), UVA (OOS), UNC-Chapel Hill(OOS),
Slight Reach: Emory, Tufts, NYU, Notre Dame, Wesleyan
Match: BC, Wake Forest

If you don't care where you go and doesn't care about writing essays, feel free to apply everywhere. You will get in many of the reach schools if you apply to them all. Obviously, instate will cause the public schools to become match instantly.

What would be some more matches/safeties?
I definitely want to study business, or if they don't have that economics.

There is no "Business" major.
It's usually a subfield like "Marketing", "Finance", or something like that. At the higher up schools (Ivies, Chicago), it's USUALLY "Economics" with the exception of Penn Wharton.
Don't major in Business undergrad unless it's from Wharton, Cornell, Michigan, or Berkeley.

What about at schools like UVA, Emory, NYU-Stern? I'd also really want to do ibanking so finance i feel would give me a leg up.

Any feedback is welcome

Oh yea of course. UVA Emory, and NYU Stern are excellent FINANCE programs. NYU Stern being the best outside the Ivies + MIT.

any more input?

If you are going to be studying something in Business school, Wharton basically become out of reach, Stern becomes reach/high reach.
