Am I at a good position for grad. school?

I am currently an undergrad at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, majoring in biopsychology. I am planning on graduating in 2.5 years (cuz I received quite a few of AP credits...), I have a 3.9 GPA, and I have been doing research every since I'm at the university. Do I have a good chance of getting into a big grad. school for clinical psych like Harvard or Standford? My friend told me graduating so early indicates that I'm not as immature and experienced as other candidates, is that true???
Would chools like the fact that I graduate so early or no???

Thank you for anyone who could give me some opinion on this!

Graduating early has no significant impact on MA/PhD admissions. In fact, if anything, it could have a negative impact because you are competing with applicants who have more research experience than you.

Talk to the grad students in your research group.

I think an application like yours would probably get a little extra scrutiny. I do not think most admissions committees would immediately hold it against you, but they would ask at least the following questions:

Did this person cut any corners to graduate so fast?
Has this person really isolated their research interest already?
Does this person have the dedication and maturity to see a PhD through?

As long as you have good answers in your LOR’s and SOP you should be fine.
