I'm a rising junior who attends a highly competitive high school in Texas with a class of over 1000. I want to go into international relations. I did poorly Freshman year (one C, many B's), and I had all A's sophomore year except for two Bs. My class rank is very low and my unweighted GPA right now is 3.5. I have had to miss a lot of school because of health problems that I plan to address in my personal statement. I haven't taken the SAT/ACT yet.
EC's:

1 AP class soph year, 2 junior, and I'm taking 5 senior year

I know "reputable college" is highly subjective, but some colleges I'm looking at are:
UT Austin (dream school)
Tulane
CU Boulder
UC's

Am I aiming too high? I really have no idea what my realistic options are. Thanks!
