My eleventh grade just started and I did not have many EC's in my
9th and 10th grade, so this month I joined a charity organization
(MAD - make a difference, Michelle Obama visited them when she and President
Barack Obama visited India in 2010)
and I joined the quiz club. I also plan on writing the science and math olympiads.
I also participate for various dance programmes in my school (no certificates).

I read a LOT so how can I use this to my advantage? (no book club etc. In my school)

Thank you in advance :)

You’ve definitely taken the right step. However, try to keep your ECs concentrated in your field of study… may help out a lot! :)

@anishbasu: Thanks for the advice :)

@aspire03 Please be a regular at the forums, I can even set up a chat server for the TiT 2018/19/20 Students if the community approves of it! Anyways, I, too, am a student of Class 11, and equally confused as you are ;).

@anishbasu: That is a great idea!
Why don’t you start a thread for our batch and see how it goes?.. And btw I am not ‘just’ confused but TOTALLY confused! lol! ;)

Yeah, let the 18’ers have their fun… We’ll inherit the TiT '19 :)

So… No thread? Let’s just start a thread and see how it goes because obviously there are a lot of confused eleventh standard out there. I think it would be really helpful for all of us if we worked together earlier than later. What do you think anishbasu?
