is there any chances for me to get into UCSD? and i heard if I apply as undecided will get me higher chance of getting into colleges is that true? what changes are needed to higher my chances?

What is your UC GPA?

If the 3.5 is unweighted, you may have a shot. If it’s weighted, chances are low and the other UCs you list would also be reaches.

Be careful with applying undecided. There are many majors that are impacted and you won’t be able to get them later.

I believe my UC GPA is around 3.5 or 3.6…
and sorry about this but I am not quite sure what reaches means in this website? meaning have pretty good shot?

With a 3.5 UC GPA, these schools are unlikely.

Some chance at I/D/SB if you hit 2200.

reach means less likely but possible. 3.5 is pretty tough. All you can do is do well this year and retake the SAT. As of now UCI, UCSD, UCD, UCSB are reaches.

I haven’t signed up for classes yet.
Does that play a part in the fact that I owe money in my BARC account?
Do I have to be registered for classes so that my scholarships pay off what I owe in my BARC account?
