Am I the only one who spent New Year's Eve working on those essays?

<p>3 short answer questions and one more long essay to go along with something "creative". Tomorrow's going to be hell.</p>

<p>It took me like 6 hours to write Why Northwestern and Why Penn essays (they arent that good :()
Now I'm on to 2 JHU essays.....Hopefully I'll get it finished in 5 hrs or something</p>

<p>Im not sure. But my best essays are the serious personal essays. My 'funny' essays sound a bit... lame and try-hardy-funny.</p>

<p>BirdKiller - It's not just you. I planned to get these done months ago but the urge to give up and do it later is inordinately strong unless it's due TODAY for me. My essays are good, but I wish I'd finished them long ago. And I'm kinda freaking out right now about the amount that I still have to do.</p>

I'm gonna send everything in like 30min (gotta review and re-check everything!)
But I'm dreading tomorow :( I have to write more essays for the 1/2 deadline :(</p>

<p>I absolutely cannot write anything decent unless its in a panic attack. Unhealthy I'm sure, but I wrote my personal statement in a 7-hour sprint the day before my app was due and I must say I'm very pleased with it.</p>

<p>Yay!! I'm finally done with all my applications!!! forever!!! Unless I get rejected from every college I applied to, in which case i'd prolly have to do it all over again next year....</p>

<p>Man... I was working on all my Penn essays (minus the 300-character ones - talk about a headstart) and the Why Carnegie Mellon essay on the first. On the 31st, was working on a ton of supplement essays and common app essay, but thankfully finished (although I'm not happy with CA... I don't even want to reread it now because I'm afraid of what I've written... probably not good for the personal statement, but OH WELL).</p>

<p>Finished with all mine except one due the 15th.</p>
