<p>I was under the impression that FAFSA could just be amended for income (ie, after filing taxes) but when we went to amend income numbers assets were also available for amendment. Can we update assets to todays balances?. Or is that only to make corrections to asset balances as of the date FAFSA was originally filed?</p>
<p>It is just to make corrections for something incorrectly entered on the original date.</p>
