<p>Thanks dcmiss! Yeah I called them after I got placed at talked to the Dean of transfer admissions…she told me some information and about deadlines for transfers and regular candidates…I sent a letter of interest and called and stuff…and my last transcript so…we’ll see</p>

I got this advice regarding law school admissions, but I do not see why it would not apply here.
I was instructed that in the case I am placed on the wait list at my school of choice, do what I mentioned earlier, and contact the office often (not daily, but often), as enthusiasm may be the tipping point when it comes down to the last few slots.</p>

But the admissions lady I spoke with said the transfer wait list is a bit different than the regular one, so the way we operate should be a little different. So…</p>
