<p>I bought the AMSCO book recently, it was listed as on order and it shipped less than two weeks later and arrived less than a week after that. So if you want this, put in the ordrer, and hopefully it wouldn't be that long.</p>
<p>I think you have to be a teacher to order this book. And not only that, you must order the book in copies of 10 or more.</p>
