An Actual Results Thread

<p>I know this forum is for chancing, but people have requested the results after all the decisions are released, so here you go!</p>

[</em>] ACT: C: 35, E: 32, M: 36, R: 36, S: 36 w/ 10 Essay. Superscore is a 36 composite.
[<em>] SAT II: 780 Math II, 710 Bio M. I took them in 10th grade, probably should have retaken.
[</em>] Unweighted GPA (out of 4.0): 4.0 UW, 4.87 W.

[</em>] Essays: Above-average to decent. I think I could have written them better but being a Questbridge applicant, I had to get my app in so quickly and I learned how to do most of my college writing afterwards, lol.
[<em>] Teacher Recommendation: They said it was pretty easy to write.
[</em>] Counselor Rec: Glowing, she even took extra time on it than the other students.

[</em>] Interview: They all went well, just make sure you have a good amount of questions to ask, because these people cannot stop talking about their schools, haha. It'll make the interview plenty long.</p>

<p>[/ul]General Comments:
I fear for these upcoming classes. College Admissions is becoming so ridiculously competitive. I do not see how these colleges can expect the subsequent classes to top the previous and I believe the admissions bubble will have to burst eventually, to where the level of greatness required of an applicant will be actually feasible. Kids killing themselves over founding non-profits, acing standardized tests, and actually enjoying life on top of their studies is just getting much. I already have gray hairs :(.</p>
