An odd application question

Hey guys, thanks in advance for your advice - - -

I'm in the final stages for applying to Wake Forest. On their (and may other schools') application, it says "List any other colleges you have attended". My question lies in a joint AP class I'm taking this year as a senior.

My AP English class is done in conjunction with Kenyon College. it's a humanities/English course that consists of one semester of Kenyon credit. However, the "course" is taught by a teacher at my school so that the students don't have to drive to Kenyon (about 2 hrs. from my HS ;)
The question makes it sound like its asking whether or not I have actually attended another college, which I technically haven't. I want to be sure of my qualifications, but I also want to describe the Kenyon credit, as it makes my AP class unique. Obviously, I won't have any sort of degree from the course.

Sorry if my question sounds obvious, but i guess I'm sort of OCD about the application. What are your experiences with this sort of thing?
Thanks so much for your replies and help

TJM

If you're concerned, list it and put in parentheses "(joint with hs)".

I wouldn't worry about it. It's clearly a high-school level AP class. Just Kenyon's resources are being utilized. No one gets "college credit" for AP classes. I took AP Chemistry on Saturdays at a college.

They're asking "what colleges have you attended" to see if you might not truly be an incoming freshman or what credits you may wish to transfer.

Neither of these apply to your scenario. Good luck

I'm in the same position as you and I'm just putting it under the additional info on the common app. (Not sure if you're using common app though)

I have a similar question. I take AP Spanish and apparently UCONN (I live in CT) recognizes our class as comparable to some of their classes, or something along those lines (it's been a month so I can't remember the details verbatim). Our teacher told us that we could get 6 credits for taking part in what is called the "UCONN Early College Experience". The classes we would receive credit for by taking AP Spanish are Spanish 278 and Spanish 279. I signed up and paid to enroll in this program and was wondering if I should mention this on my application somewhere.
