Ok here's the deal, I have a 800 in math and around 660 in verbal. I usually get 1 crit reading wrong per section but i get around 3 wrong in analogies and 1 wrong in sc (per section). I don't think i can do much about the crit reading, but i'm banking on somehow getting all the analogies and sc right. Which lists should i memorize and how should i memorize them? Any specific lists? Should i look at the 3000 word Kaplan list or the 1000 word sparknotes list. And any
suggestions on hard analogies where you don't know the stem word? Thx much.

And is it possible to memorize 100 words per day cause i'm kinda desperate and want to finish the whole sparknotes list before the Jan 22 test

i am doing barron's list (3500) words and starting today . doing like 150 words everyday. then i am also doing kaplans verbal workbook words.(is that the 3000 one?). so icyfire ,yes it is possible.

Is the verbal workbook one the 3000 list???

i don't have the verbal workbook yet but the one with the 3000 word list is the regular Kaplan SAT prep book (the big one). Is the verbal workbook good? Are you doing every single word on the list or just the ones that u don't know?

It takes me about 20 minutes to memorize 50 words
It's possible, but you're gonna forget at least 1/4 of them each day, so you'll have to keep reviewing and reviewing.

It's possible to memorize 100 words a day.
However, the best way to improve your vocabulary is not to simply memorize the words because you're going to foget them, but instead, to read a very advanced-written book and look up the words and them read the sentence over with the definitions. THis really helped me.
