Annapolis vs. Westpoint

Inhibitor - yes, when all of the backslapping academy rivalry humor is put aside, candidates who apply to West point need to know that they are signing up for selfless service in a post 9/11 era. WP admissions has made a real effort to inform candidates about what they are signing up for and has noted that candidates do "get it".

Thanks M.O.T, im trying to get all the information possible. The UNSA and USMA sites are great, but its always better to hear from people who have actually been through the experiance

MossFan,

It sounds like you're on the right track. We'll look forward to watching your progress to SLS and R-Day.

"Thanks. Sorry but I can't resist; who's won the Commander and Chiefs trophy for the best football team over the past 4 years? Army - no Air Force - no

And then there's the win versus Notre Dame -- life is good"

Funny, I guess we're just more focused on winning the war over here at the USMA. Rifle ranges and FTXs seem to take more of a priority... Go figure.

Hey Marines4Me, glad to hear from you!!!

Yes, welcome back marine4me! Are you enjoying your cow year?

Definition of Annapolis: USNA69

Nothing more, nothing less.

That's actually a compliment by the way

Marines4me - welcome back a cadet's perspective is always great to have!

Mr Sinister - well he is gone and may not be back.

Nothing like a fair rivalry.... GO ARMY!! BEAT NAVY!!

Inhibitor - fair rivalry, I agree. How about a friendly wager, straight up, no point spread:)
