<p>We at G.P.A. University believe that our intellectually charged atmosphere of high-G.P.A. students will prove sufficiently attractive that parents and students will advocate with their local high schools to ensure that high school G.P.A. policies show off those students to best advantage. I think there are already some precedents for this among some state university systems in some parts of the country.</p>
