Another Nobel Prize Winner Joins USC Faculty

<p>It was announced today Daniel McFadden has been appointed a Presidential Professor at USC. Dr. McFadden was awarded the Nobel Prize in 2000 for Economic Sciences.</p>

<p>yup just read that. great news, i can’t wait to hear about the progress he makes with his research regarding health care.</p>

<p>Professor McFadden has this to say about USC:</p>

<p>“USC’s Schaeffer Center is at the forefront of research on the operation of health care markets, and organization and management of health services to promote efficiency, efficacy and equity. I am delighted to have this opportunity to work with the team of scholars already in place at the Schaeffer Center and to join them in developing information resources and analytic tools to address major health policy issues in the U.S. and the world.”</p>
