<p>Where can you find the contact information for either the Harvard admissions committee or regional admissions officer? Also, do you think that a call from a counselor to the school will suffice for any updates?</p>

<p>For contact information, I believe you should call the office and ask them.</p>
<p>I would go beyond just a call from the counselor. I would send them a written list or letter updating your accomplishments.</p>
<p>I would submit an essay but it’s your choice :)</p>
