Another "Retake SAT or take Subject tests"

With my last chance to take the SATs coming up quickly, I'm stumped as to which I should take. I scored 800 math, 750 Reading, and (ugh) 580 on the writing portion. So I'm down to the choice of either retaking the whole SAT for that one score, ore taking the SAT IIs.

If I go the Subject Test route, I'd definitely be taking Chem and Math II, so that leaves a spot open. I was thinking that the literature test may help even out the writing if I got a decent score, in which case that would by far be the best option, as the only other reasonable choice would be Biology, which I took nearly two years ago now, and I'm only just starting physics, so that would be a lot to cover in a month on top of school. And it would be a horrible waste of a chance to do well for only $12 if I only took the two.

Additionally, I still did well on the ACT English, with 34 on the main portion and 30 with the writing.( Other scores are 34,32, 36 in math, reading, and science respectively, with 34 overall)

With the ACT score, I don't think the 580 should be too much of a problem, so I'm leaning towards the Subject Tests. However, I want to get a second opinion. Also, if I do do that, should I send the main SAT scores, with a bad writing portion but stellar reading and math, or just leave them be?

P.S. I know it's a bit late to be asking about this, but the SATs are almost completely ignored in my state, I've never even seen mention of the in my school aside from regular sized sheets of paper on the wall, and I just learned about an hour ago that you can't take both I and II on the same day.
