Well, Stanford just better give up then and tell their alumni and people they work with at those other VC firms like KPCB, Sequoia, Benchmark, that backed Google, Facebook, cisco, eBay, etc. that it is all but over.

add MIT to the list… all these schools want to be Stanford and are copying the Stanford model. times have changed. lols.
Penn is also definitely following the Stanford model…any school that wants to have a relevant future does actually, including Harvard (things do change…lol). The thing is though Harvard will never get Stanford’s level when it comes to STEM because MIT is right around the corner from Harvard.
