<p>On the application there is a parent statement. What is the point of these and how should my parents write them?</p>

<p>I was about to ask the same question too. How important are the parents statements?</p>
<p>Depending on the request, I believe the parent statement should show that the family is committed to the student attending boarding school. Also, that the parents agree that the child will do well there.</p>
