Anthropology Graduate Schools - my chances?

I recently received my bachelor’s in Anthropology at the University of Arizona.
I am taking a year off and am currently researching anthropology grad school options.
I specifically am looking for anthropology grade schools that have decent to very good sociocultural anthropology programs.
I am interested in a Master’s program and certainly would not turn down Ph.D. programs.

What are my chances of being admitted to the top anthropology programs with the following credentials and experience???:

Lastly, I am even contemplating applying for an International Relations grad school program. I am very hands-on and would like to have the opportunities to apply my knowledge after finishing my education. Do you think a Master’s in International Relations would be more marketable with potential employers than one in Anthropology?

Thanks for any info you could give me! :)
