Hey guys, i am a soph. I already have decided [yesterday permanently], that i would like to go into pre-med [undergrad]. Can anybody, who has any experience, tell me what i should focus in to increase acceptance chances into undergrad? anything specific such as sat subject test, any aps i should take any leadership roles, ecs I should do?

thanks a lot

Pre-med eh? Well, ap biology and ap chemistry are definitely worth it. Try volunteering or interning at a local hospital.

Oh- and talk to your high school counselor. They can help you more than any of us can.

Also recognize that Biology or English is the best way to go if you wish to become a physician or something in the medical field. Biology offers you a broad spectrum of material that you can explore and use for anything and is easily adaptable into medical school. English, because of its effects upon your thinking and mind, is taken by those who wish to go into the medical field because that is the number 1 major in which acceptance (in terms of percentage) into medical school is greatest.
