Any Chance at Reaches: UNC, UVA, BC, NW?

Hello I am a fairly good student but not anything extremely amazing. Can I compete with people applying to these schools or are they all very long shots? I'm wondering if applying to Boston College, Virginia, UNC, and Northwestern might be a waste of money.

Ranked 16/223
3.6 UW GPA 3.9 W GPA
2090 SAT: 740 Math/660 CR/690 Writing (Taking ACT in Fall)
All honors and college courses: 6+ APs
Over 90% on every NYS Regent's Exam (Graduating Honors With Distinction)
Two Years National Honors Society
Employed at minimum wage for one year
Competitively Sailing for 2 years- (Competed in Ontario 300: one of biggest races on the Great Lakes)
Volunteered At Same Organization 20+ Hours (Putting in more this summer)
Started a group to raise money for children in Uganda: working on starting more events

Also add UCLA and UC Berkeley

You sound like a very good student! 2090 is nothing to be ashamed of, you will have a good chance at UVA, BC, and UNC! NW will be tougher but you should have a good chance. It also depends on your AP scores 4/5??? Good Luck!
