Also, I am not sure if the fact that I am partially Hispanic will help at all...?
Thanks!

I am in-state

I always note how unpredictable UVA is. Your internship and crew will help. But the mid-50% stats are 620-720 CR and 640-740 M. That puts you just above the bottom quartile. In that range, we usually speak of athletes, faculty kids, legacies and some very special circumstances (aiui, UVA big big on geo diversity within the state.) Some of this will also depend on where you got your non-A grades and how well you did in those APs. You’ll need to present a solidly done Common App.

1 hs in the state? UVA takes plenty of kids from there, but you will be in a very competitive pool of applicants.

Where in-state?
If in NOVA, extremely low chance.

Is Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.

Any other replies appreciated. I really want to know my chances

Provided you get your SATs up, you should be pretty good. UVA is very competitive, but is much more lenient to in-staters. Plus, yes, being Hispanic will definitely help.

Any other suggestions/recommendations/thoughts?
