I'm currently a junior in highschool in NY, and my unweighted GPA is a 3.0 and my weighted gpa is a 3.5. I am not in any honors or AP classes. Also i am weaker in math and science, so i am taking a lower math course right now called "Intermediate Algebra" and the highest science I will be able to take in Highschool is Chemistry, because I switched myself into a foundations science class when i was a freshman, and that is holding me back. Also, I only took 2 years of foreign language. Although the highest diploma in NY state is Advanced Regents diploma, i will only be getting the regents diploma. I have not taken my SAT yet but i hope to get at least a 1650 on it. With my low GPA, and low courses is there any way i can get into..

University Arizona
University Rhode Island (Top choice)
SUNY University of Albany (Top choice)
SUNY New Paultz
University of Ohio
Towson University

Also, by the end of junior year, i am hoping to raise my unweighted GPA to a 3.3.

Extra cirriculars:
1 year of Track, 100 hours of community service at nursing home, 3 years of Key Club, Counsler in Training over the summer (don't know if that counts)

Also, i am classified with a 401 so i get extra timing for tests (don't know if thats important?)

THANK YOU SOO MUCH FOR YOUR TIME!
