University of Rochester
Boston University
Babson College
Villanova University
Indiana University - Bloomington
Carnegie Mellon University

solid chance for all except Stern and Washington U.

what are you planning to major in?

SATs = :)
GPA = :(

Your GPA (approx. 2.8?) really pulls you out of the running for most of those schools. What is your rank?

Rank: 427 / 891 top 48th percentile

communisty service

lol

yeah, community service =P. Btw, what are my chances for each school?

that GPA's like a 3.1, right?

That is 48th percentile?

Your school has a little bit of grade inflation, doesnt it

Good shot at everywhere except NYU and wash., because your GPA may hurt you a bit for those

I don't know much but I believe it might make a difference if your GPA shows an upward trend? If it doesn't this is irrelevant, but if it has been increasing each year, and you were just weak your first year or two in high school, you might have a better shot.

Good shot as in 50 / 50 chance?

Um... Not looking very good for any I would say... try a community...

What would you know -- you're the same person who just posted on another thread saying you got in to Brown & Cornell by LYING ON YOUR APP.

i see... so my chances are pretty low...

You have very strong SATs but a very average GPA. This is a red flag. It says underachiever. If there is an upward trend, that will help. But High school grades and rank are a much better predictor of success in college then are SAT scores.

Your scores say there is potential there. If you want a top college and don't get in this year you may want to consider other options. Or just go to the best school that takes you, show your stuff and transfer. Good luck!
