Any Chances?

So I am a rising senior at one of the best public schools in Massachusetts. I'm a girl and I'm half Russian half African-American. (Strange I know, lol...)
Anyway I wanted to know if I have any chance of getting Columbia or Duke. I want to be a Bio or a Biochem major. Yale or Harvard would be amazing but I think that's a bit of a reach for me, haha.
I've taken:
Honors Chemistry
AP Biology
AP French
AP US History

Next year these are the classes I'm taking:
AP Psychology
AP Calculus BC
AP English Lit
Anatomy & Physiology (No AP/Honors offered)
Advanced French Literature
Regular Spanish 4

I have an unweighted GPA of 3.91

SAT's:
Math: 780
Writing: 750
Reading: 750

SAT II's:
French: 800
Math 1: 770
Math 2: 780
Biology: 760
Chemistry: 770

AP's:
US History: 3 (eek..i know)
French: 5
Bio: 4
English Lit: 4
Psychology: 5
Calculus BC: 5

I will be president of the Enviromental Club and am also a member of the Navy Ball Club. (Water Polo)

I will be the captain of my Varsity Swim Team in the fall and I have swam on Varsity all 4 years. (btw, does being a sports captain help anything?)
Junior year, I was an All-Scholastic and I will most likely get that this year too. (I don't know if this award is offered in other sports, but this means I kept a good GPA while leading my team to victories and stuff.)
I also swim for a US team in the winter and summer. This would be my 3rd year on it.

I volunteer at the Massachusetts Special Olympics every year and at a couple other swim-related organizations with my teammates.
I have a summer job as a lifeguard and a swim lesson instructor at the local pool.

Thanks to anyone who read all of that! Please give me feedback because I'm kind of in a blind area right now. Do I have any chances of getting into an Ivy or Duke or should I aim for something more like Boston University or Boston College?
