Career goals?
This seems to be a popular careerist choice among high school seniors. But some engineering employers are unenthusiastic about graduates of such programs, seeing that as a signal that the person sees engineering as a stepping stone rather than a career of interest.
They can be difficult to do together at a lot of Universities. There is very little overlap in classes.
Lots of schools offer engineering with a business minor but plan at least 6 years for a double major.

Northeastern University
As others have commented, minor instead of dual major, due to the requirements of the Engineering degree. Lehigh & Cornell come to mind.
Engineering and then an MBA is popular. Many companies will pay for the MBA.
S is obtaining a BS and MS in EE as well as a secondary major in Economics at Case Western Reserve University.
Several of his EE professors have commented on how beneficial the Econ classes are for engineers. He has taken such courses as Technology/Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Finance. He does want to work as an engineer and eventually look at an MBA/MEM program later in his career.
At CWRU it is fairly easy to double major or minor. They are generous with AP credit so quite doable if you have the desire and work ethic to take classes in engineering and the Weatherhead School of Management.
I don’t know much about it, but Bama offers a STEM MBA: https://culverhouse.ua.edu/graduate-programs/stemmba/
I second Cornell and Lehigh. If your son is interested in the business side of engineering, maybe consider an ORIE degree.
Lehigh has an integrated engineering and business honors program IBE
This seems to fit what you are looking for
Look at University of Tennessee, Knoxville: https://integrate.utk.edu/
Berkeley’s program mentioned above looks fantastic. Check our Northwestern’s management science and industrial engineering.
