*Any future in Aerospace/Technology with Molecular Biology? *

Hi! I am new to college confedential... seems like a greta place to get input for all u smart ppl out there.

I was interested in being an Astronaut since I was around the 5th grade, however, my ACT scores didnt turn out too good (29) and I didnt want to risk my chances of getting into a good school by applying for AeroE. (stupid, I kno... im regretting it now)

I applied for Molecular Bio since it comes under the Liberal Arts catergory.. and it is also something that I am interested in.

My question is if there is any kind of future in any kind of Aerospace related fields.. or technology.. nanotechnology that I could enter into by being a major in Molecular Bio.

I appretiate any any any comments!!!
Take Care,
Oreo

Oreo: molecular biology can lead to work in some applications of nanotechnology, most likely starting at the graduate level. Nanotechnology applications can be found in almost any field of science.

Moecular biologists can become astronauts, as well, at least to the extent of being sent on a space shuttle to conduct experiments. But there's a long waiting list to get in.
