Hey! I hope anyone can answer me. I'm really lost!

I'm not American, but I study the American system. My scores are pretty good.
I have a GPA of about 3.9 and an SAT score of 2160. Also, a 740 in Bio and a 790 in Math

I also took the Chem and Phys this November (Did horribly in Chem. and no not the CC-overachieving-kind of horribly. Really just awful)

My school does not offer any AP courses, but I will be self studying 5 AP subjects this year.

Also, I will be taking the DELF (in French) this May. I am planning to take a German course as well in these 7 months.

The thing is, I DON'T KNOW THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GERMAN UNI'S for the American system! I tried emailing them, but they wouldn't answer! I think maybe it's because my emails are in English. (I'm planning on taking a German course pretty soon)

CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP??! PLEASE?

Same goes for uni's in Russia and Switzerland.

Most German universities will be assessing you on three criteria. First, whether you are generally prepared for the rigor of a university education. High SAT scores or AP scores will demonstrate this. Second, whether you are prepared for your particular major. For example, you’d need to know calculus in order to major in physics, and you’d need prior knowledge of French in order to major in French. Third, whether you know the language(s) that your major is taught in. For most majors that language will be German, but you might also encounter a few majors that are taught in more than one language.

For what it’s worth, federal guidelines suggest that universities should recognize certain combinations of AP exams as equivalent to a German high school diploma, but universities are not obligated to follow this recommendation. This combination is:

AP Calculus AB or BC

another science AP

a language AP

the full-year equivalent of a social science or humanities AP (e.g. AP US history or AP Econ Micro+Macro)

The recommended SAT cutoff for the college readiness assessment is 1300 verbal + math.

Like I said, those are just general guidelines. For specific information about admission requirements for a specific major at a specific university, you’d have to ask that university directly.
