Any good scholarships not based on financial Need?

Hello, this year with just my loans I can't really afford college (actually I can for the first semester... Assuming at the current time, I cannot afford a 2nd semester.), I was wondering if there were any good Non Financial Need Based scholarships. I don't think I'd be eligible with an EFC of 31390. I've been declined by all local scholarships, because they're financial Need based. My EFC basically tells everyone not to aid me..... I don't have any local Merit based scholarships...... my high school ACT and GPA were too low for any college aid, other than stafford loan.... If any of this matters, I'll list what I did in high school...

ACT: 23
GPA: 3.3
rank: 111/340
Vice president of Chess Club, VP of Dead Poet Society, VP of German Club, VP of Anime Club.
I was a Link Crew Leader... Person who helped Freshman.
I did make a record, school got me a bronze medal for it... 1st person to maintain a 100% in a class and be able to sleep 90 hours worth of class in that class.
Did some community service with my local United Methodist church. Can't get anything to prove it, as the person who oversaw it is dead.

Join the military?

Go to CC and then go to an instate U for your last two years? It can be much more affordable, especially if you live at home and commute.

Hello, this year with just my loans I can’t really afford college (actually I can for the first semester… Assuming at the current time, I cannot afford a 2nd semester

What does the above mean?

Your loans will be divided into two semesters. So, if you got $5500 in loans, you’ll only be able to spend 2750 the first semester.

Are you saying that your parents won’t give you any money for college?

Are you going to a CC, a local state school or what?

Are you an incoming freshman? If so, you may need to delay a year, work and save some money. Go to a CC for the first two years.
