Any homework over winter break?

three term projects. political action for my government class, research report for my AP bio, and read british literature (a book) for english and do a report.

8-10 page research paper

AP Econ essay on about 20 economic indicators

AP Gov reading

let's see, physics test corrections, calc test corrections, couple of lab write-ups for chem (btw all AP).

College essays! (well, they seem like homework anyways)

that's aboot it

:D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D
in other words NONE

and 16 smiles that I wish i could say for myself lol

-Read All The Kings Men, write an excessive amount of journal entries (probably 30 pages in total) this is for junior honors english by the way (AP is a senior-only class and actually has an easier teacher)
-Do a few easy physics problems
-Read/skim over the first six chapters in the AP US History book, write 1-2 pages on three of the chapters.

The last two are fairly easy, but the first one will probably take up the majority of my second week off.

Read Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead by Tom Stoppard, and Antigone, Oedipus, and Electra by Sophocles, do ridiculous 13-page notecards on them, then read 10 chapters in AP Bio (the Campbell book). Oh crap. I haven't even started.

APUSH: Read a chapter. Write a paper on Florence Kelley. Prep. for a pres. on Kelley for class.

Independent Work: Lots of physics (AP). Lots of biology (AP). And more!

YAY!

...

:(

IB Biology Practice Exams (2hour 30min, and 1 hour)
IB English 4 "So Long A Letter" commentary & "House of the Spirits" essay
IB Spanish 2 Assignment (homo easy stuff)
IB 20th Century History Stalin Powerpoint and read some book on Russia(:()

go through a couple ounces.... :)

Yeah I have Math hw to review for semester exams
English - Finish All Quiet on the Western Front and do the study packet
Computer Science - Packet of programs to answer

I guess I'll start next week, I tried this week, but didn't get too far

I didnt take AP us first semester and now im stuck taking all the notes becuz they let me in 2nd semester sose i got to catch up so ghey!!!!!

My AP English class is also easier than my Honors English 3 class I took last year :/, but my teacher claims the grades on the exam are usually the highest out of all (in our school) since you are practicing writing and reading every year. I hope i do ok.

Physics project due in 1 month and a physics test when we get back... blah

French take-home test, Read Hamlet, Macbeth, Heart of Darkness, as well as a lot of poetry, Edit my history IA, Edit my TOK essay

Nothing.

I am continuing my practice of the Japanese language though.

Fell apart because teachers refused to assign homework (yeah and I go to an IB school).

So I couldn't self-discipline myself and could only self-study one chapter of self-study AP Chem per day while I frittered the rest of the time away playing SimEarth, SimCity 2000, or checking up on election results again! (Detroit went 67% Kerry, Des Moines 52%, Milwaukee 63%, Minneapolis 63%, New Orleans 77%). ANd it turns out that Bush didn't beat Dukakis by a huge margin in the popular vote. Oh, and Wikipedia too.

Meh, and I haven't started on my DuPont essay. or AoPS. or my apps for 3-4 summer progs I'm applying to.

Sensing a common theme of people having reading for AP English Lit. I have to read Heart of Darkness, I read a page and got bored so I stopped for now. And we had to choose another book from a short list so I read Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf which was pretty good.

Tlatkan- Rosencrantz and Guildenstern is way funny, watch the movie too if you can find it. very entertaining. Oedipus is also decent, but you'll probably enjoy R+G.
