do i have much chance, even with the relatively low gpa?
oh yeah, and i'm asian-american (Indian)

also, most-rigorous course-load and i'm from a public high-school

Your SATs are fine (will neither help nor hurt), and your SAT IIs are good (will probably help). Wesleyan will LOVE your Indian music and dance as well as your south asian club, so your ECs will help. (If possible, send some form of supplement or rec about your Indian music/dance, because Wesleyan has a very strong world music program and will seek people who can add to it.) However, as you said, your gpa is your weakest point. Do you know if your school ranks? If you are in the top 10%, then you will be fine, but if you are below the top 20%, your chances aren't too good. Even so, Wesleyan does take students with 3.4 gpas if they are taking tough classes... good luck!
