Any less selective schools similar to Princeton?

Last year during the summer, I went to see Princeton, and I loved the atmosphere/environment. I'd love to go there, but I need to consider safety schools and the like. Does anyone know any other colleges with the same feel or "ambience" that Princeton has?

try the Patiot League schools such as Lehigh, Bucknell, Lafayette and Colgate

Of the ones I’ve been to, Rice University in Texas has a Princeton-like ambiance although Houston isn’t all that fascinating. Washington U at St.L, Colorado College and Syracuse.

I think it would help if you try to characterize the specific features that attract you to Princeton. Otherwise, we’ll be blindly feeling different parts of the elephant. For example, is the predominant architectural style (Collegiate Gothic) important to you, or could you be just as happy with a completely different look (such as JHU’s red brick Georgian style)? What about size? etc.

Some of the schools named above may have important similarities but it really depends on what you’re trying to match.

Thanks to everybody who responded.

tk21769, I understand I was a little vague in my original post. I think what I like the best was the combination of the architectural style, the location and the size of the school.

The location is not in the middle of a rural or urban area, and there’s a lot of greenery around the campus. The school is not huge but it isn’t ridiculously small either.
