<p>Hi, i am new and still nosing around CC. It's really a terrific resource. </p>
<p>So, I see a forum for parents, but not for high school counselors. I'm at a very small independent school, and for such a small school our students go to an amazing range of choices, from the little college down the street or a gap year to the big-name Ivies and New Ivies.</p>
<p>I am a seven-year veteran teacher but still pretty new at counseling; just established our formal program this year. Would love to hear from others of my species.</p>
