I know Lafayette has a good Engineering program and that they are investing in improving the Engineering and Computer Science facilities. How does this benefit a student who wants to be a math major (as opposed to Comp Sci or Eng)? My son wants to major in math, preferrably with a comp sci emphasis or minor in comp sci. Will math classes be housed in any of the new facilities or are the relegated to the older classrooms? How are math professors at Lafayette?
Also, how are Lafayette’s classrooms equipped in general? Do that have smartboards, other technology, just a whiteboard, anything else of interest?
