Any other third-culture kids?

I am an American thats never lived in the States. I have been admited to Caltech and am almost certain I will be attending there. I was wondering if there are any others either in the entering class or already at Caltech that are in the same or a similar situation. If so I imagine we might have some in common, perhaps even friends. If you are such a person or know someone who is I'd like to get in contact. Otherwise, I guess I'll meet you in the fall.

I'm not in your position, but every year there is a week-long orientation just for international students. It looks like fun and you would meet the people you're describing. If by "American" you mean that you're officially a US citizen, then you should call up the admissions office and make sure you're on the list, since it might not be obvious that you need or want that orientation.

I already have informed admissions. Whats likely to happen is that I will attend parts of the international orientation, i.e. those that would be helpful for me. It seems that this is easier than I'd have expected so if anyone else is in my position they should check it out to see if it might be helpful for them.
