<p>Howdy,
I was a QB Finalist in 2009; I didn't end up going along with the whole matching process because I wasn't a permanent resident at the time (i.e. I was international).</p>
<p>I'm currently contemplating in transferring to a QB partner school out of my current university. I was wondering whether I should indicate that I was a QB Finalist; I'm not sure whether colleges specifically look for those individuals or not.</p>
<p>Would anyone that had been a QB finalist that ended up transferring colleges for whatever reason be able to shed some light on the topic?</p>
