Any recommendations on a California community college with god music programs?

<p>Hello, I am new to this forum and I need help to choose a California community college with a good music program. With Classical guitar. I want to start from beginning and work my way up. I graduated high school on June 2012 and took some off due to personal issues. I was involved in classical guitar my freshman and sophomore year and stopped because I moved schools and played the Marimba my Junior and Senior year, but my passion will always be guitar. Oh yeah I am able to learn quick and I graduated with a GPA of 3.26. If that helps.</p>

<p>I hear Fullerton College offers a good guitar program as well as LACC.

<p>I have heard good things in general about the music program at Citrus College. According to their website they do offer Classical Guitar.</p>

<p>Just a heads up,if your goal is to later transfer to a BM or BA Music program, discuss this with the school. Unlike other Community college programs, performance music program credits are very tough to transfer. You may be adding a few extra years to a four year program.</p>

<p>MSJC (CC) Menifee has a great Music department. In Southern CA, north of San Diego, South of Riverside.</p>
