any suggestions?

hi. im a jr this year & im wondering what schools would be good safeties/matches/reaches for me..
location- not too far west. i'd prefer in the southeast, virginia/carolinas/etc, but it doesnt matter too much.. northeast is ok, etc
size- not too too small, not huge either. medium-sized would be nice
i'd prefer a school that's near a city, not in the middle of nowhere
not sure what i plan on studying... most likely psychology/sociology, business, or sports medicine

competitive small (200 students) catholic prep school in NJ (avg old SAT- 1370)
White upper upper middle class female
predicted SAT: 700 CR, 650 M, 700 W give or take..
GPA: 3.7-3.8 weighted..
School doesn't rank
honors classes so far: english I, II, III ; biology ; US history I & II ; spanish III

ECs..:
Cross-Country (9th-current) varsity letters 9 & 10, will get another this yr & next, unless injured for some reason
HS Swimming (9th-current) "..... "
Year-round swimming on a team, age 9-current, 21+ practice hours a week
Softball (9th-current) JV 9&10, predicted varsity letter 11&12 "...." (have been playing baseball & softball since age 5)
St. Lucy's Angels (volunteer club, visit infirmed nuns) 11 &12
..eek.. do the sports make up for lack of academic ECs?

Sports medicine would narrow your options considerably.
