Any TCU Atheists, Agnostics, and Free Thinkers?

Hey everyone, I have just today started a branch of the Secular Student Alliance at TCU and as you might expect the membership is extremely small, only two members! :[
If you're unfamiliar with the SSA, you can find more information on what they're all about here:

Secular Student Alliance: Atheists, Humanists, Agnostics & Others |

By becoming a branch of the SSA our group will have access to many benefits the SSA offers such as Atheist speakers visiting the school, field trips and more.
I am really looking for any Atheists, Agnostics, Free Thinkers or anyone else who attends TCU and would like to be a part of the group itself or is simply interested in joining the facebook group and discussing topics that deal with Atheism within that group. Both cases require joining the facebook group. It is mandatory that you attend TCU. You can PM me for the Facebook link.

Joining the group does NOT mean you have to be a part of the actual Secular Student Alliance branch group we are starting. If you're an Atheist, Agnostic or Free Thinker and would simply like to have discussion within the facebook group that is also fine.

This isn't intended to offend any Theists who may read it, and I apologize if it has. Hope to see some more members soon if you are interested, and feel free to email myself through my facebook which can be found on the group page (Jeremiah) or through email which can also be found on the page. Have a good day everyone!

Hi, I’m transferring to either TCU or UNT next spring, and I was pretty happy to see this post. One of the things that concerned me about TCU was the student body’s large, conservative, christian base.

hey, i also applied for spring semester admission. if i get accepted, ill be going there. im definitely a free thinker and am interested in your group. im agnostic.

If you are atheist, agnostic, skeptic, or just a freethinker you might want to check out ■■■■■■■■■■. There are different groups that might fit your interest. You can also find many of the groups under DFW coalition for reason. There’s even a singles group for freethinkers looking to find other freethinker friends.

SecularChick- I’m really glad to see the issue raised here. I am an atheist who may be going to TCU. I’m just a tad concerned about going to Texas CHRISTIAN. Would you mind telling me what the climate is like for atheists and agnostics at TCU? Are you generally accepted?
