So I'm a rising junior and have taken Physics B, Computer Science A, and Calculus BC my first two years of high school and got 5's on all of them

my ap exams for next year are: Spanish Lang, Statistics, European History, Physics C Mechanics, Physics C EM, and English Lang

any tips on how to get 5's on all of these? I really would like to maintain a clean record.

With a question like ‘any tips?’ your not going to get specifics. Your post screams ‘I’m tooting my own horn’… but anyways I’ll give you some tips.
Do well in your classes because grades are more important than AP test scores.
Go to the stickied thread and look at the prep books that are recommended.
No one here holds the key to getting straight 5s… you’re going to have to study.

I’d say that review books are key for succeeding on the AP exams. For one, they allow you to review all the material you could be tested on by reading and rereading the important information, and they also prepare you for the format of the test you will be taking with those that include practice tests. Your best shot at straight 5’s is to consume the review material and take practice test after practice test. Not much better you can do to be prepared for the exam than by taking exams.
