I initially went into JC just to go...I had no idea what I wanted to do and I took random classes, that If i didnt like,I didnt put full effort into and got bad grades.Well ive been taking classes on and off for about 3 years now and my GPA is 2.23 with 60 credits... :[

Whimsically,I have found my interest after a long search and discovered that id like to double major and transfer to a Uni.I do not know if Unis' are biased towards F'd up transcripts like mine, but I do hope that they will look at the effort I will begin to put in from now on now that ive found my niche.

Lots of people do things exactly the way you have. That is what open admission colleges and universities are for: to give you the chance to figure out what you want to do.

Now that you've found your niche, you need to buckle down academically and pull down straight As (or as close to that as possible) in coursework in your major(s). It will be even better if you can get those kinds of grades in anything that you want to transfer. Many colleges/universities will overlook those earlier bad grades once you demonstrate that you have a goal and are working toward it. The most recent grades count the most.

True story:
I graduated with a 2.7 with a liberal arts degree from a college whose name you might recognize. After working a couple of years, I decided that I wanted to completely change my career, and I went back to college at my home-state public U. I pulled down a 3.7 in the new subject area and related courses, and got into my first choice grad school with full support. The big difference between college experience A, and college experience B was focus. I really, really, really wanted to do well the second time around.
