<p>I'm a Junior in high school just finishing Precalc A, and I want to self-teach myself 1-var Calculus this summer. I need to be able to pass (get a 5 on) a BC Calc practice test in the fall in order to be exempt from the course</p>
<p>I would like to do it through MIT OpenCourseWare, but there are two courses for 1-var Calc,
18.01, and 18.01SC.</p>
<p>18.01 uses a textbook, but there are a few other disadvantages to it compared to 18.01SC, i.e., no solutions, not as well prepared, etc.</p>
<p>However, 18.01SC does't use a textbook, it uses their own questions, something I feel a bit uneasy about. TL;DR: <strong>Does anyone have experience using 18.01SC?</strong></p>
