Anyone else missing a bunch of documents?

It seems like a lot of my colleges are missing a bunch of my documents; transcripts, scores, recs, etc. Is it because they are still processing my application instead of not receiving them?

Most of mine are missing too. I think that it is because they have not been processed yet. When are you planning to call in to check?

so relieved to have found this thread! I was just freaking out because I got an email from most of my colleges with a link to my application status, and it says that most of my documents are missing, despite the fact that all material was supposed to have been submitted by March 1st.

Colleges don’t even start review applications until late April and early May, so you have a while.

Just to clarify, people who are just receiving their ‘user accounts’ are seeing that they are missing documents?

I submitted my Penn app late Saturday night and just got an account 2 hours ago… logged in for the first time a minute ago and saw that ALL my required documents are “outstanding”, despite having mailed everything 2-3 weeks ago. My stuff is just being processed atm, right? When should I start worrying that Penn actually hasn’t received anything? Like, how long should processing take…

From my experience so far:
If you submit documents before submitting your CommonApp, it may take them 2-3 weeks to link the documents to your online account. UNLESS you call them. Then they put you on like a higher priority to find your documents or something…

Don’t worry, they are still processing materials and will be well into March, and probably April. Remember, right now colleges are still going through freshman applications, so your stuff isn’t first priority. You will be notified in the coming weeks if something is really missing.
